Hi, I’m Sheldon. I’m from Billings, Montana. I was at my regular dentist, Dr. Tanner, and doing some extractions, and we ran into a situation where we didn’t have the right tools on hand to finish the job, so his staff lined up an immediate appointment for me here with Dr. Tracy. By the time I got here, I was still under Novocain. When I first got here, the staff was very professional, very courteous, and within as long as it takes to fill up probably two pages of paperwork, I was back in the chair getting worked on. They are all great to work with. I like Dr. Tracy because he is easy to talk to. He will sit and visit with you, but when it's time to work, he’s no nonsense. He’ll get in and get it done; he’s not going to drag his feet and waste any time. I have friends in Billings. I have friends in Bozeman, Montana, and Belgrade, Montana, and Missoula, Montana. Dr. Tracy is great, and the rest of the staff is great (that I got to interact with). I’ll bring anybody that I could here.
